How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@riddlesforkids.app with:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.
Public-Domain Content
Much of our content derives from works published before 1928, which are in the US public domain. If you dispute a public-domain claim, please include evidence of a more recent copyright registration.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days and act within 10 business days.
